Good health and well-being is not just about fitness. More often than not, lifestyle changes are required to help you to reach your goals. Our friendly trainers are more than happy to offer guidance in the basics of good nutrition-all you need do is ask!

Fitness Appraisals

An initial fitness appraisal that involves some basic fitness and strength testing procedures and an indepth discussion about your short and long term goals provides our trainers with all of the important information they need to design a programme that is suited to you! This process is simple, pain-free and takes only one-hour to complete! On-going appraisals allow us to continually monitor your progress to ensure that you stay on track towards your goals!
